Diana Golde
Pilates was first introduced to Diana through a dance teacher over two decades ago. Some years later, she needed a practice that could help her maintain strength and flexibility when health issues prevented her from continuing her dance journey and she reconnected with Pilates.
Diana’s commitment to Pilates as a practice further deepened during her second pregnancy and led her to become a classically trained and certified instructor under Jennifer DeLuca at BodyTonic in Brooklyn. As an instructor Diana is excited to share Pilates and its benefits with her clients.
